MyBenefits CalWIN allows you to submit an application online for cash aid (CalWORKs), medical services, and CalFresh (Food Stamps).

If you are applying for CalFresh ONLY, you can complete an application without creating a MyBenefitsCalWIN user account. If you are applying for cash aid (CalWORKs) or medical services, you must create a MyBenefitsCalWIN user account.

Note: If you do not create a MyBenefits CalWIN user account, you must finish the application during this session for it to be sent to the county. Once the application is sent, you will not be able to view it or upload documents.

MyBenefits CalWIN Account

We recommend that you create a MyBenefits CalWIN account so you can save your information and return to it later. Once you create a User ID, you can exit at any time and your information will be saved. To return to your information later click Sign In from the home page.
