MyBenefits Navigation
The MyBenefits navigation buttons will display on every page and allow you to view your benefits; view frequently asked questions, view contact information for your county and access help.
- Home – When you sign in then the Home button will no longer display and you will see your MyBenefits Overview page
- Overview – You need to sign in before you can view your benefits. If you do not have a MyBenefits account, select the "Create New Account" link on the home page.
- Benefits – View your benefits details, EBT Balance, View or continue applications and Case reporting.
- Documents – Upload documents or view your eNotice inbox.
- Notifications – View your actions or update your contact settings.
Home page Options
Select an option (for example: See if I Am Eligible, Apply for Benefits, etc.) to get more information. Select the button for that option to begin.
We recommend you start with See if I Am Eligible so you can see if you are potentially eligible for CalWORKs, CalFresh (Food Stamps), and/or Medical Services).
Help Icon
This image link will appear when there is extra help available. For additional information, click on the Help icon.
Cancel Button
Selecting the Cancel button takes you back to the last page and cancels your changes.
Next Button
The Next button saves your progress on your application and takes you to the next page.
Back Button
The Back button takes you to your previous page.
Exit Button
The Exit button closes MyBenefits CalWIN.
Calculator Button
The Calculator button helps you add, subtract and multiply.

You must answer all questions that are marked with a red asterisk * before you can go to the next page.
